A 10 week course focusing on expanding physical and mental ability to experience higher levels of fitness, energy and clarity.
Increase fitness of the vital organs especially the lungs and heart.
Stretch and tone muscles.
Create flexibility in the spine.
Clear toxins from the glandular system.
Expand mental stamina to increase physical stamina and visa versa.
Consciously release stress caught in the body.
Leave on a natural high feeling recharged and blissful.
Each class will use a dynamic blend of postures, movement, breath work, music, and meditation, all of which, can teach the art of expansion, healing and relaxation.
This is a dynamic course for those with an at least average level of fitness already, although you needn’t be a superwoman or man, the desire to surrender and expand would be an advantage.
No previous expereince of Kundalini Yoga nessessary.
